Focus Mitt to Empty hand comparison

1) Bobby and Mark face off

2) Bobby feints Biu Gee (eye jab)

3) He executes a Now Tek (round kick) to Mark's leg

4) Bobby attempts a Biu Gee (eye jab) which Mark blocks

5) Bobby then does a Pac Sao Da (slapping hand and punch) to Mark's face

6) Grabs Mark's arm

7) And uses a Lop Sao Da (pulling hand and punch) hitting Mark in the face

8) Bobby continues with a cross, hook, cross 

9) And finishes with a Now Tek (round kick) to Mark's leg
