Double Stick

Siniwali Double Stick training sequence

Siniwali Double Stick training sequence which healthy people can use for building vision , speed, target practice with sticks, and for improving heart blood circulation as blood flows between both arms equally. This can be used by people with heart problems also to build up circulation. The word "Siniwali" stands for "weaving a pattern" which we are doing in the air. This exercise when practiced alone in the air will produce a flowery move if done fast. If you color the two sticks with stripes of yellow, green and red, then if whirled alone without a partner, you can see a dynamic flowery effect in the air. Also, alternatively, you can put a small light or flame at end of each of the two sticks and then swing them as shown in the pictures and produce a "light lines" effect during dark.
